Help and advice for teenagers and young people during the COVID-19 crisis
If you’re aged 14-19 and in Hounslow, we’ve got resources to help you live healthily and have greater confidence in yourself.
Our 6 week Confident You programmes are currently on hold, but we have lots of information on how you can keep active whilst you are off school and how you can talk to someone if you are feeling anxious or worried about anything.
If you are a young person aged between 11 and 19 years old and you are worried about any aspect of your health or if you are feeling stressed and worried about anything then you can now contact the ChatHealth team in Hounslow.
To get support all you need to do is send a text to 07507 333 176 and a member of the NHS school nursing team will get back to you within 24 hours from 9am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
To speak to a member or our team please call 020 8973 3530 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
