Try this healthy and very quick to make carrot hummus for a different take on a very popular dip.
1 large carrot grated
1 x 400g chick peas drained
1 lemon juiced
1tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1, Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz to desired consistency.
2, Make it your own by seasoning with your favourite spices.
3, Serve on toast rounds or crackers.
