Try this healthy and very quick to make carrot hummus for a different take on a very popular dip.
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1 x 400g chick peas drained
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1-2tbs tahini
- 1tbs olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz to desired consistency.
- Make it your own by seasoning with your favourite spices.
- Serve on toast rounds or crackers.
