Frozen smoothie bowl

This is a great breakfast/snack option and a summer recipe too. A good way to get kids to eat more fruit and vegetables is adding them into foods. This smoothie bowl contains no added sugar.

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
Handful of frozen berries
1 tsp peanut butter
¼ cup of milk
1-2 tbs yoghurt
Handful of nuts and seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder-optional

Method
Simply blitz all the ingredients together, you can use a hand blender as well to whizz the ingredients up. For a thick consistency add less milk, if you want to drink the smoothie then add more liquid.

Simply pour the smoothie into a bowl, place in the freezer for 15 minutes if you want it more frozen and then add any toppings you like.

Optional
Add some spinach/cucumber
Use dairy free milk
Add any frozen fruit
