Flapjack recipe
These flapjacks are made using plenty of oats, nuts and dried fruit, a great snack for children. They are vegan friendly and suitable for those who do not eat dairy. These flapjacks also contain low sugar and oats as a source of fibre.
2 cups of oats
½ cup of peanut butter
¾ cup of dairy free spread or olive based spread
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 ripe banana
½ cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup chopped dates
½ cup mixed seeds-pumpkin and sunflower
¼ cup cranberries
¼ cup walnuts chopped
¼ cup almonds
