This is a mouth-watering dessert and very simple to make. This recipe is a great way to get kids eating more fruit and ideal for parties.
Ingredients – Serves 5
5 bananas
5 tbsp plain or greek yoghurt
½ slab of dark chocolate melted
1 tbsp flaked almonds
1 tbsp chopped hazel nuts
1 tbsp chopped almonds
Handful of blueberries
Handful of raspberries
Method
Slice the bananas into halves-boat shape
Lay them on a flat dish, fill the banana boats with yoghurt and top with berries.
Toast all the nuts in a pan on low heat until roasted. Sprinkle boats with nuts, followed by a drizzle of dark chocolate and serve.
