Kiwi and mango chocolate fool

A great summer dessert, quick and easy and incorporates plenty of fresh fruit.

Ingredients
2 large mangoes cut into quarters
1 pack of kiwis cut into quarters
1 tub of quark or greek yoghurt or mascarpone
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Handful of mixed seeds
Handful of chopped cashews

Method
In a large bowl add the quark, honey and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.

Place the mixture into the freezer for about 15 minutes.

Take the mixture out of the freezer, add all the kiwis and mangoes and gently fold.

Place the fool in the freezer until an hour before serving.

Top with nuts and seeds and serve.
