A family friendly recipe that is quick and saves time. This recipe is a great recipe for children too and a good way to incorporate vegetables.
4 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
3 peppers sliced
1 pack of beansprouts
1 pack of mushrooms sliced
¼ cup of sweet and sour sauce
1 onion diced
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
In a large pan, heat the oil, fry the chicken and until browned. Add the onions, peppers and mushrooms and mix well. Allow the stir fry to cook for about ten minutes. Finally add the sweet and sour sauce, season with black pepper and give a good mix. Add more sweet and sour sauce if required and finally add the bean sprouts.
Serve the stir fry with rice or noodles.
