A mouth watering recipe using fresh fruits and dates (dried fruit) to give natural sweetness. This recipe contains no added sugar and is a great dessert/pudding. A lovely family friendly recipe that involves minimal cooking.
6-8 pears peeled, cored and sliced
¼ cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 punnet of raspberries
1 cup of dates chopped
2 cups of oats
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Handful of flaked almonds
