Chaat masala salad is a popular Indian dish. It can include various fruits, vegetables and spices. You can enjoy it on its own or as a salad with a meal.
Ingredients – Serves 4
2 teacups low fat plain yogurt
1 teacupful chickpeas (from can)
1 teacupful potato (from can)
4 cherry tomatoes halved
1 teacupful cucumber diced
½ lemon juiced
2 green chillies – (optional)
1 handful of coriander chopped
½ teacupful pomegranate seeds
1 tsp chaat masala
Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve chilled.
