Coriander and lemon chutney makes a refreshing dip. This is an easy recipe where mortar and pestle have been used.
Ingredients – Serves 2
2 handfuls coriander
1 lemon peeled and cut into cubes – pips removed
1 – 4 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Method
In a mortar add all the ingredients and pound until coarse.
