Nachos from chapatis
Left over chapatis make delicious nachos. Try out this quick and easy recipe
2 medium sized chapatis cut into triangles
Chaat masala or smoked paprika
Rapeseed oil spray
Lightly spray chapati triangles and bake on a tray on 180c/gas mark 4 for 15 minutes or until crisp,
Sprinkle chaat masala or smoked paprika
Serve with coriander and lemon chutney/dip
