Broccoli and cauliflower
Broccoli and cauliflower rice can sometimes be used as an alternative to grains. In this recipe the broccoli and cauliflower are cooked together to add variety.
2 teacups broccoli rice
2 teacups cauliflower rice
1 teacup water
In a saucepan simmer all ingredients until vegetables are soft. Add more water if required.
