This is a mouth-watering, cooling summer recipe that uses tropical fruits, great as a dessert and sweet treat and packed with plenty of fresh fruits. This recipe contains no added sugar.
1 packet of kiwis skin peeled and sliced
2 large mangoes chopped
1 pot of natural yoghurt or greek plain yoghurt
Handful of sunflower and pumpkin seeds – optional
Blend the mangoes using a hand blender until pulp like, alternatively use a masher and mash the mangoes – place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the kiwis and lay them flat around a glass, add a couple of tbsp of yogurt into the glass, followed by a couple of tbsp of mango puree on top.
Layer the kiwis around the glass again, followed by the yoghurt, mango puree and another layer of yoghurt and finally top with mixed seeds and serve.
Optional – can use any fruits and nuts as a topping
