Fruit skewers
This is an easy no cook dessert or snack to keep you cool in hot weather. Use wooden skewers to thread fruit. Your baking tray can also be used to freeze these fruits. Don’t forget frozen fruit counts towards your five a day.
Ingredients – Serves 4
1 handful black grapes
1 handful green grapes
1 handful blackberries
1 handful raspberries
1 handful diced mangoes
4 passion fruits pulp
Method
Thread the fruit on skewers, and put on baking tray lined with baking paper. Then drizzle passion fruit over the fruit and freeze for 2 – 3 hours
