In hot weather this no cook, tasty, and easy to make sorbet can be very refreshing. Also frozen fruit and vegetables count towards your five a day.
Ingredients – Serves 4
500g frozen black forest fruits
½ – 1 teacup low fat cherry yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
Method
Blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately in chilled glasses.
