There are no hard rules about making salad pots, just layer your favourite fruit and vegetables in a jar and drizzle with a dressing of your choice. In this recipe a mixture of both fruit and vegetables have been used with a lemon dressing.
Ingredients – serves 2
Physalis handful husk removed
Pineapple chunks 4 tbsp
Corn canned 4 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes handful
Grated carrots handful
Cucumber diced handful
Dressing
1 lemon juiced
Method
In a jar layer the above individually, then pour lemon juice over salad
