Chilli chocolate dessert

When we think of tofu, a dessert doesn’t immediately come to mind. By making this dessert you can find out for yourself how easily tofu can replace dairy cream, which is higher in saturated fats; the type of fat we should aim to eat less of.

Ingredients – serves 4
200g dark chili chocolate
4 cups tofu
4 tbsp honey
1 orange grated zest
3 tbsp orange juice

Method
Break chocolate in small pieces and melt in microwave or in a heatproof bowl over a pan of water. Meanwhile blend the remaining ingredients in food processor until smooth, then add melted chocolate and blitz until mixed.

Garnish with zest of orange, chocolate shavings or blackberries and raspberries
