1 large pack of frozen mixed berries and bananas
½ cup of chopped dates
2 cups of oats
1 cup of ground almonds
2-3 tbsp of rapeseed oil
1 cup of chopped hazelnuts
1-2 cups of coconut yoghurt
Pre heat oven 180 degrees Celsius gas mark 4.
In a large pan add the frozen berries, dates and a splash of water and allow softening on a medium heat, and gently stir.
In a large bowl, add the oats, almonds, hazelnuts and oil and mix until combined.
Using a round flan dish, add the berry mixture until base is covered, add the crumble topping until berry mixture is covered.
Bake crumble for 30 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve with coconut yoghurt.
