This recipe serves 2, a great dessert full of fresh fruit and ideal for summer, as a snack or even for breakfast.
1 mango chopped
2 kiwis quartered
1 punnet of strawberries
¼ cup of 85% dark chocolate melted
2 cups of greek yoghurt
Handful of almonds chopped
Handful of hazelnuts chopped
Heat the strawberries in pan with a splash of water and cook until syrup consistency. Allow to cool once cooked.
Using two glasses, layer each glass with mangoes, followed by some greek yoghurt, then some strawberry syrup, again add some yoghurt, top with kiwis, drizzle some melted dark chocolate and finally top with chopped nuts.
