Brentford Football Club Community Sports Trust are offering FREE courses to help you get active by building exercise into your daily routine.
The courses will help you to eat healthily, lose weight and be more active, which in turn will help you to relax more by helping you de-stress.
There are some women only sessions, some men only sessions and some mixed sessions. The dates for the courses are as follows:
Mondays women only sessions* – 9th October to 11 th December from 6pm to 8pm at Mission Hall, Mission Square, Brentford, TW8 0SD
Tuesdays women & men sessions – 10th October to 12 th December from 12pm to 2pm at Isleworth Pubic Hall, South Street, Isleworth, TW7 7BG
Wednesdays men only sessions – 11th October to 12 th December from 6pm to 8pm at Isleworth Pubic Hall, South Street, Isleworth, TW7 7BG
*Some sessions will be led by male instructors.
All participants will receive a FREE wearable physical activity tracker!
